Ledge Light Health District Forms

All applications—including soil testing, B100a forms, construction permits (new and repair), and well permits—that are submitted electronically must be emailed to [email protected].
Please follow the steps below to complete your submission:
- Email Documents: Send all supporting files (site maps, floor plans) to [email protected].
- Drop Off Plans: Deliver scaled site plans to 216 Broad Street, New London. Plans left at town offices are collected only on scheduled visit days.
- Pay Fees In-Person or Online: https://llhd.square.site/
- After Submission: Your assigned Environmental Specialist will contact you if more information is needed.

- Temporary Event Application The fee doubles if the application is received less than 5 business days before the event. If received 1 business day before the event, the application will not be accepted.
