Public Health Nurse – we are currently looking for a compassionate clinical care provider to join our team! The successful candidate will hold a current CT license as an RN, APRN or PA and be able to administer vaccines but that is not all they will do! Our new Public Health Nurse will provide support for a wide variety of LLHD programs including lead poisoning prevention, communicable disease control, public health emergency preparedness, chronic disease prevention and more. They will work in a variety of settings and with a range of community members to support overall health and wellbeing for people throughout our community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to mix clinical care with program administration with community outreach and education; never be bored because no two days look alike; and maintain a regular daytime/weekday work schedule. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Haitian Creole are strongly encouraged to apply.
