Cover Your Cough

Keeping our community healthy starts with simple actions! Protect yourself and others from the spread of germs by following these guidelines:

Cover Your Cough & Sneeze the Right Way

Use a tissue to cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.
No tissue? Cough or sneeze into your elbow, not your hands.
Dispose of tissues immediately in the trash.
Wash your hands right after coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose.

By covering your cough, you help prevent the spread of germs to others especially young children, older adults, and those with weakened immune systems.
