LLHD Employee Benefits
Employees who work at least 32 hours per week are eligible for the following:
Medical/Dental and Life Insurance
- 100% employer paid premium (those who waive this coverage receive quarterly cash payments).
- 50% employer paid premium for spouse and dependent coverage.
- 100% employer paid Group Term Life Insurance ($50,000 in coverage).
- Benefits start the 1st of the month following your start date.
Retirement and Leave Benefits
- 457(b) Retirement plan with up to 7% employer match (50% vested once 2-4 years of service is completed and 100% vested after 4.1 years of service).
- Paid vacation time (starts at 12 days annually and increases based on length of service).
- Unscheduled leave, for those times when you unexpectedly can’t come to work for situations like illness, family illness, or car/home emergencies, and for medical appointments (12 days annually).
- 13 paid holidays.
- Paid birthdays!
Reimbursable Expenses
- Mileage reimbursement based on the IRS rate.
- Cell phone reimbursement (for frequent business use of personal cell).
- Tuition reimbursement possible!
Our Part-time employees (those working between twenty (20) and thirty-two (32) hours per week) are also eligible for some of our benefits, including:
- 100% employer paid premiums for medical and dental coverage.
- 457(b) Retirement plan (no match).
- Vacation leave (on a percentage pro rata).
- Unscheduled leave (on a percentage pro rata).
- 13 paid holidays – plus paid birthdays!
