2024-2029 Strategic Plan

We are pleased to share our 2024-2029 Strategic Plan and corresponding Implementation Plan with our community!

These plans were developed based on more than a year of feedback from numerous internal and external stakeholders, a robust environmental scan, and countless brainstorming sessions to clarify and consolidate our ideas and aspirations. Formally approved and adopted by the Board of Directors at their March 14, 2024 meeting, the plans are meant to be living documents that support our decision-making and resource allocation while allowing us to adapt and respond to emerging conditions and new public health concerns. We welcome feedback!
